Before joining MFDP, Hana was working at other local law firms focusing on international arbitration as well as corporate and M&As. Since joining MFDP, Hana has been working on corporate and M&A matters in different industries. Hana holds a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University and a Master’s Degree (LLM) from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. She is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association.
